Delivery and Pick Up

If you order online from Miette, you can pick up your order locally in Jensen Beach at our open hours. You must pick up your order at the time, location, and date you chose when you placed your order. If you can’t pick up your order for any reason, please call us at 772-353-1987 or e-mail us at hello.miettemacarones.com to discuss your options.

If your order isn’t picked up on its pick up date, you won’t be able to get a refund and you will need to place a new order for a new pickup date.

There are limited delivery dates and time slots at check-out. There is no guarantee of the exact delivery time. Please include clear delivery instructions. You can select your delivery date and time slot during checkout.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll be notified that we’ve begun your delivery. We’ll ring the bell at your delivery address, and if no one answers, we’ll try calling. Miette will then leave your order on your doorstep. Please note that we’re not responsible for your package’s fate once it arrives. Please take into account the product care you’ll need for the item you’re ordering, weather conditions, and theft. Please note that perishable goods are not meant to be left outside in extreme weather (e.g. extreme heat, direct sunlight, heavy rain, strong winds, etc.). Please plan accordingly. No refunds are offered.
