Refund Policy

We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is prepared, packaged and delivered with the highest level of care. Accidents can happen, so please make sure that your order is in perfect condition when it is collected/delivered. If your order is found to be incorrect, incomplete, or damaged when it is delivered, please contact our customer service immediately and we will make every effort to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any damages that may have occurred during delivery via an outside courier. If you would like to file a claim for credit note/refund, please return your order to us for an inspection or provide us with photographic evidence and/or proof of purchase within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds without the required evidence. We can only provide credit refunds to the card you purchased the item with.
